The Pasturetec Ringo
The Pasturetec Ringo plastic ring feeder is a lightweight, durable feeding ring designed for round-bale feeding of cattle, sheep and equines. Crafted from frost-resistant MDPE plastic, it avoids the risk of cracking or bending in cold conditions.
Its lightweight build means it can be moved easily — even by one person — from bale to bale, reducing the damage and soil compaction caused by frequent traffic around a single feeding point when outwintering livestock and is a game changer for wet ground where machinery cannot access the ground.
By enabling more regular repositioning of feed sites, it helps maintain better pasture condition, reduces poaching and nutrient overload at one location, and improves feeding safety by eliminating heavy steel rings.
Overall, the Ringo plastic ring offers a practical, welfare-conscious and soil-friendly feeding solution for livestock operations, especially during out-wintering or on wet ground.
