Oxi-Tech launches Pulse Oxidation (POd) NextGen
Oxi-Tech is adding a new integrated system to its Pulse Oxidation for Dairy (POd) system that allows farmers to review their herd’s Bactoscan and SCC data alongside parlour and CIP water quality.
Called POd NextGen, the system will also monitor the performance of their CIP and POd – Oxi-Tech’s unique technology which energises cold water using low voltage electricity to create a clean, powerful disinfectant designed to replace chemicals to clean milking equipment whilst reducing costs and improving unit sustainability.
Oxi-Tech’s Stuart Adams comments: “POd NextGen will enable producers for the first time to see the quality of milk data alongside their CIP performance data in one single dashboard, allowing them to respond accordingly and in turn stay ahead of any quality or hygiene issues.”
The new functionality will be made available as standard for new installs while current installations will be automatically upgraded to include the service.
Stand: P188
