COW MANAGER – Transition Alerts

Unique ear sensor measuring ear temperature combined with eating, rumination, and activity, which results in more accurate and earlier alerts.

The programme enables farmers to catch sick cows days before they show clinical signs, and in turn, the potential to never miss a heat. Benefits include: increased pregnancy rates, healthier cows, reduced veterinarian costs and labour, improved production, lower mortality rates and decrease in use of synchronization programs and antibiotics.

CowManager features three components: ear sensor, (solar) router, PC or smartphone.

With the Fertility Module, Health Module, and Nutrition Module, the system provides accurate and real-time information. The innovative system converts the collected cow data into clear graphs and alerts that are immediately available in a single overview, the CowManager dashboard.

This dashboard also integrates the insemination moment, which displays the expected optimal insemination moment of the cow.
