Rubik Agri-data Platform
We at Rubik are excited to provide the Dairy industry with a first look at our new Rubik Agri-data platform at Dairy Tech. Developed through collaboration with industry, and supported by the Innovate UK Bridge AI programme, we show a new way to apply AI and Machine Learning to forecast and model milk volumes and composition as well as establish the link back to animal nutrition that helps drive it. This innovative approach to optimising the complex supply chain of dairy farming, milk production and processing provides an exciting way to rethink how we can use data and technology to provide actionable insight to both farmers and processors. The ultimate goal, to close the gap between supply and demand and help all parties operate more productively, profitably and sustainably.
