Products & Services

  • Rockwall

Precast concrete walls for retaining and bulk storage containment applications. Our precast concrete retaining walls are primarily used in commercial applications in the industrial and agricultural sectors to retain land or create storage bunds. Capable of taking surcharges of up to 10kN/m2, Rockwall precast concrete walls are available in heights of up to 3.8m and are supplied in heights of 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m 2.5m, 3.2m and 3.8m as standard. Bespoke heights are also available. Naylor Precast Rockwall walls can be positioned in long lengths or, by utilising corner sections, from storage bunkers or skip bays to create a modern transfer station. They can also act as a retaining structure in general applications such as ground walling, perimeter boundaries and enable changes in levels where constraints such as access and time are paramount. Rockwall precast concrete wall units can be cast into new concrete slabs or bolted down to new or existing concrete foundations. Cut-outs for pipe entry and notches for duct intrusions are available at casting stage.
  • Groundwall

Heavy duty precast concrete wall units. Naylor Groundwall precast concrete wall units are designed to withstand high loads generated by heavy plant and vehicles. Available in heights of up to 5 metres, Groundwall units are suitable for use in above or below ground applications. Groundwall units offer lower overheads, reduced build time and reduced cure time compared to cast wall products.
  • Sealwall Liquid Holding Tanks

A robust, precast solution for liquid storage. Naylor Sealwall Liquid Holding Tanks are a robust, precast concrete solution for storing liquids without the need for in situ concrete make up pieces. Cast in segmental units up to a storage height of 4m, the tanks can be situated above or below ground and can be positioned in square, rectangular, oval or circular arrangements. Created following years of research and development, Sealwall Liquid Holding Tanks have a jointing system that ensures a watertight and secure connection between adjacent panels, and a fast build time.

  • Rockwall Precast Concrete Walls

Rockwall precast concrete walls are the ideal answer to most bulk storage container needs. They can be positioned in long lengths or, utilising corner sections, from infinite sized storage bunkers or skip bays as in a modern transfer station. Rockwall precast concrete wall units also have the basic ability to act as a retaining structure in general applications such as ground walling, perimeter boundaries and changes in levels, mainly where constraints such as access and time are paramount.
